Rates
50-minute therapy session: $275
*I offer longer sessions at a pro-rated rate on a per-case basis, let me know if this is something you're interested in.
I also offer session packages as a way to save on the per-session costs:
Package of 6 sessions: $1,485 - 10% savings with a per-session cost of $247.50
Package of 12 sessions: $2,640 - 20% savings with a per-session cost of $220
Package of 24 sessions: $4,620 - 30% savings with a per-session cost of $192.50
I have a limited number of sliding scales spots available in my practice, please ask me about this if you are interested to know more.

Insurance
I am not in-network with any insurance companies, but many insurance companies will reimburse a portion of my fee as part of ‘out-of-network’ benefits. You are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of our appointment, and I can provide you with an itemized receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company. If you are interested in exploring your out-of-network benefits, I encourage you to call your insurance company first to find out what your mental health benefits are.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due in full at the start of each session.
Cancellation Policy
I uphold a 24-hour cancelation policy. That means that if you call or email to cancel with at least 24 hours of notice, you will not be charged for the original session time. If you miss the appointment or need to cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed time slot.
No Surprises Act
As part of the ‘No Surprises Act’ (H.R. 133) which took effect January 1 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
