I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT #86227), Idaho (LMFT-9124), and Ohio (F.2100217). I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco in 2012 and my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology & Psychology from San Diego State University in 2004.
I have extensive training in an advanced form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy called TEAM-CBT, based on the work of Dr. David Burns. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Intuitive Eating, Self-Compassion, and more. I have experience working in Eating Disorder treatment centers, Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient (PHP/IOP) clinics, schools, and community mental health clinics.
When not practicing therapy, you’ll likely find me out enjoying the sunshine, cooking something yummy, or spending time with friends and family. I live in Los Altos, CA with my husband, son, and dog.
I am a member of the following organizations:
